Compilation of footage including news items, documentary clips, and fiction dating from the turn of the century through the 1960s.~Personalities, including: Woodrow Wilson with entourage in an American city; President Warren G. Harding; President Herbert Hoover (?) arriving by car and posing with a woman; British Prime Minister Ramsay McDonald riding in an open car flying both British and US flags; a white bearded man (possibly George Bernard Shaw) walking past the camera with a woman and posing; F.D. Roosevelt in an open car with an unidentified VIP, a car in a motorcade, and Eleanor Roosevelt getting out of the car; the Roosevelt family; Prime Minister Robert Borden orating in front of a huge Union Jack; J.F. Kennedy visiting a city with Jackie Kennedy and speaking at a podium; slow motion footage of the shooting incident assisinating J.F. Kennedy in Dallas on 22 November 1963 (footage is jerky and out of focus); interview of Lee Harvey Oswald; and Oswald's assisination by Jack Ruby.~Royalty, including: pomp and circumstance in what might be a fiction film with uniforms and majesty aplenty, circa 1910; a large crowd in London with an open carriage with royalty riding with a mounted escort; a man (possibly the Duke of York, future King George VI) inspecting rows of uniformed men in the company of a mayor wearing the chain of office.~Sports, including: a horse race; a stock car race; fencing; two men fencing and several practicing intercut with two swashbucklers having at each other in a wood.~Ships, including: a passenger ship burning (print made from deteriorating nitrate film and there are signs of deterioration printed through) with much smoke everywhere; a passenger ship being berthed by tugs, circa 1910.~Movie Studio, including: an excerpt from a documentary on Christie Studios in Hollywood and several stars; footage of the studio; Al Christie, first motion picture director in Hollywood; and Bobby Vernon and Ann Cornwall hamming it up.~Fiction, including: INDIAN ATTACK starring Buck Jones, an Excel Picture, 93-foot long epic full of gripping suspense as Indians attack a farmstead and Buck comes galloping to the rescue.
