The camera was positioned on top of the ice bridge over Niagara Falls. The first scene is a pan shot of the suspension bridge that joins Canada and the United States. As the camera continues to pan, buildings on the bank are visible, as well as a group of about one hundred young boys sliding down the natural incline made by the snow and ice.
