4 men with small travelling sacks are lined up, looking at two uniformed men. One of the uniformed men is beating on a drum and the other with a raised hand says, "Comrades! when we arrive at the Seat of War, your duty [your duty is underlined] will be to speak daggers [speak daggers underlined]! but use none, except in self defence.", Support has browned and the corners are either ripped or folded.
