Laid down. (Apparently the India paper on which the lithograph was printed has been removed from its original backing and laid down on a new one) Margins cropped., Milbert is known to have been in America in 1815, and to have published a set of Hudson River Views in 1828. These may therefore deserve earlier dates. Sacketts Harbour is a village in New York State located in Jefferson County on the Black River Bay of Lake Ontario. It was an important Naval Station during the War of 1812.
