Report by Gordon Cressy, Chairman of the YMCA Committee on Youth Presentation, and comments on the Committee's report by Al Whittal and Hal Studholme. Discussion of the Committee's report by John Carson and unidentified speakers. Resolution on the YMCA Committee on Youth Presentation moved by John Carson. Resolution on the Federal Government Committee on Youth presented by Gordon Cressy. Resolution on youth hostels presented by Al Ducharme. Discussion follows with comments by: Jack Begg; Joy Fretz; Fred Hubbard; and Helen Hall. Resolution Y Action presented by Perry Goldsmith and discussed by: Donald Phalen; Keith Latter; Les Vipond; James Wolfe; Al Whittal; H.A. Messacar; Stu Essery; William E. Snow; Andrew Roy; John Pollock; and D.E. Lawson. Tribute to Louis Bonnenefant by Les Vipond and a report on elections to the YMCA National Board by Les Vipond. Resolution on the YMCA National Leadership Committee discussed by: John Carson; Malcolm Craig; John Magwood; M.A. Cowper-Smith; and Alan Lewis. Resolution on the YMCA-YWCA "Y" Week Celebrations presented by Dorothy Dewar. Resolution of thanks to the YMCA-YWCA of Ottawa, presented by Dorothy Craig. Speech by Holbrook R. Davis, newly-elected President of the YMCA National Council, about YMCA goals, social change, youth, YMCA World Service, YMCA finances, and YMCA National Council.
