They talk about why they panhandle, who gives them money and how much they can make in an hour. The young woman and one of the men are shown in action. They ask many passers by "Do you have any change", and the reactions are recorded. Some give money, some decline and one man tells the young man to get a job. This passer by is then interviewed by Kastner. He states that most kids today can get jobs; that their are lots of opportunities to earn money; and welfare assistance is also available. After ten minutes the two panhandlers are asked how much money they have made. The young man has $1.55 and the young woman has $2.50.~A clip of Frog Prince Theatre concludes the show.
