Intergovernmental Committee on Veterans Affairs (Canada) : Upon the recommendation in the final report to the Special Committee, on Veterans Affairs (House of Commons), 1945 Session, an Interdepartmental Committee in Veterans Affairs was appointed by the Minister of Veterans Affairs on 11 January 1946, to study certain submissions made to the 1945 Special Committee, and to act as a fact finding body for the Special Committee. The final report was submitted to the Minister of Veterans Affairs on 20 March 1946.
