This footage starts with a female dancer doing several routines on a stage with a backdrop of curtains and some sort of medallion. First, she wears a long tartan skirt, tam, sash and light-coloured blouse, and performs a sword dance. Then she wears a white dress with a short veil, and gestures with the veil in movements reminiscent of the Butterfly Dance. She is wearing black stockings and large black boots. Next, she wears a costume with a light-coloured blouse, dark placket, dark skirt and kerchief. Spliced to this are several sequences of what appears to be London, England. They show: a building with shopfronts, men standing in the street and various horse-drawn vehicles going by, sign in background advertising Barclay's Ale and Stouts, covered wagon on which is partially visible the name E. Moriccia and Co., 5 Aldgate E.C., man pushed a hand cart as he and other vehicles move past the camera, another wagon, passersby, fire reels, a Bobby directing traffic, partially visible sign on building reading Wright Laymant Umney", more shots of people standing on the street next to the police officer, and another shot of a fire reel. Next are scenes of waves hitting a boardwalk, small tower with signs for Oxo and The People visible in background, double exposure with faint image of people walking across top of frame as the wave scene continues, and dog running along the shore. Next is a comedy skit,apparently shot in an outdoor studio, of two young men using a large ghost puppet to scare an old man who is in bed. He gets angry with them and hits them with a feather duster. Next two comedians make bizarre faces. The man making the strangest faces is seated and the other pretends to feed him. Next is a skit in which a man and a woman are trying to wallpaper a room. Another man comes in and they all get tangled up in the wall paper, fall down and make a big mess.
