A documentary about the inhabitants of the arctic region (Lapland, Greenland, Canada, Alaska, USSR) as revealed through their art (sculpture, drawing, painting, music, dance, poetry, storytelling, filmmaking, and theatre).~Canadian artists featured are: Lucy Qinnuayuak (Kenojuak), Qaqaq Ashoona, Luke Anguhadluq, Simon Tookoome, and Elizabeth Nootaraloo.~Other artists featured include: Aka Hoegh, Jessie Kristensen Nuuk, Silanuit Theatre Timmun Alariaqin, Davie Atchealak, Elijah Mangitak, Quanak Mikkigak, Silaggie Alariaq, Alexi Isak Bethel, Daniel Iyakitan, Harvey Pootoogooluk, Yaayuk, Melvin Olanna, King Island Dancers, Ronald Senungetuk, Khukhutan Velen, Elena Janku Velen, Juri Rytheu, Li Lar Salehard, Vasili Ledkov Archangelsk, Syra Sev Dance Group, Nils Aslak Valkeapaa Enontekio, Marita Grimso Alta, and Annalise Josefsen Horten.~In this second part of the two-part documentary, native art encounters the modern world of galleries, exhibitions, and the mixing of media (film and theatre, film, music and sculpture). <114mn>.
