Contract for weekly mail delivery between Black River Depot, Pontiac County, Quebec, and Dumoine, a distance of twenty two miles, signed by Robert A. Ralph, contractor, and authorized by Rodolphe Lemieux, Postmaster General, to commence on 1 January, 1911., Contract stipulations include delivery schedules, hiring restrictions, custody of the mails, penalty clauses, terms of sevice, and a surety bond to the Postmaster General of four hundred dollars.
