McDonough of St. Paul, Minnesota; Stanley Lewis of Ottawa, Ontario; George W. Welsh of Grand Rapids, Michigan; Lucien Borne of Quebec City, Quebec; Walter Chandler of Memphis, Tennessee; John W. Fry of Edmonton, Alberta; and Joseph J.
