He was later acquitted but the College failed to publicize the facts in order to clear his name. 2. A case of discrimination against two diabetic truck drivers by the Canadian Medical Association which forbids diabetics to drive large trucks on the road. Diabetics feel they should be assessed individually as some of them can function quite normally under close supervision. James Snow, Minister of Transportation and Communicatins, is interviewed. 3. Follow-up on the case of Emerson Bonnar.
