Next is testimony, the start of which is not included, by Lieutenant David Bullock of the fire department. He comments on the intense heat on the exterior of the aircraft and describes efforts by the firefighters to get inside the plane. The next witness, Bertrand Ruggles, a safety specialist with the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), is introduced but his testimony is not recorded. The next witness is Captain R.K.
