Sub-series consists of Coralie Adair Jackson's diaries, letters she received and miscellaneous papers. The diaries record her trips abroad, social engagements (her 1925-1936 notebook, for instance, records a bridge party including Anne Savage, Harold Beament and A.Y. Jackson), and household accounts. The correspondence includes extensive letters, some also addressed to H.A.C Jackson, which document their daughter's studies, travels, career and personal life. There are also some letters from Coralie's mother, Jane Ruth Mitchell Adair, as well as from her husband and other family members. The miscellaneous correspondence includes letters from Georges Loranger, and a letter of condolence from Jack Bush on her husband's death.

Jackson, Coralie Adair, 1885-1982 : Coralie Adair Jackson, a daughter of Robert Adair and Jane Ruth Mitchell, was raised in Bowmanville, Ontario. She married H.A.C. Jackson in 1909. They had three daughters: Naomi, Geneva (Dee) and Constance (Ton). Geneva was married twice, first to Alfred E.H. Petrie, a numismatics expert, and then to Patrick Baird, the geographer and Arctic explorer. Constance was also married twice, first to Robert Hamilton and then to Lionel Strange. Naomi married the ornithologist and mycologist James Walton Groves.
