The Dionne quintuplets as a public attraction, playing in the observation yard at the Dafoe Hospital, at age two years and two months.~Footage of: Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe with the Dionne quintuplets in the yard of their compound; a scene of a crowded parking lot, including a bus with the sign Deluxe Coach Lines; crowds watching the Dionnes from behind a fence; tourists taking stones from Dafoe Hospital as souvenirs; the children playing in their new playground; the girls hanging onto the tail of each others' coats; actuality of Dafoe inviting people to come and see the quints; more shots of Dafoe with the quints; Dafoe with the girls as they climb on a jungle gym; Dafoe showing them a toad; the quints standing in their new, empty wading pool; Yvonne listening to the ticking of a watch; images taken on 24 July 1936 of the girls playing with a Pathé News motion picture camera as Dafoe looks on; the quints dancing outside with their nurses; the quints singing in French with their nurses; the quints looking at and smelling the plants in their garden; and the girls going back into the house. <4mn 30s>
