Sub-series consists of files used and created by Ann McKeil, Executive Assistant, 1990, and Special Assistant, 1990-1991. Some of these files may have been inherited from staff who had previously been part of the scheduling team. Other staff whose names appear in these files include Wendy Orr, Executive Assistant 1990, Sheila Brisco, Special Assistant 1988-1989, Abby Dann and Andrea Schade.

The sub-series contains subject files arranged alphabetically. Subjects generally pertain to the planning of events, the scheduling of the SSEA and visits of foreign dignitaries to Canada. Events include meetings, such as the Association of Southeast Asian Nations meeting in Jasper, 1990, and the Canada-Mexico Joint Ministerial Committee meeting, 1990. Other events include luncheons, diplomatic receptions and the Douglas Cardinal reception, dinners and Maureen McTeer's strawberry social. Additional events include the Royal Visit of Queen Elizabeth II in 1990, and the visit of the Polish Foreign Minister in 1989.
