Listing of projects within each subject of potential interest (e.g., project "AK-1" indicates "Detection equipment - Marine microwave beacon"), 3. Itemized drawing list, which indicates drawing code and title (e.g., drawing "AK-1-24B" is a drawing of the Bakelite Spacer for project "AK-1"), as well as date and author. The finding aid consists of multiple binders located in containers with barcodes 2001072915 - 2001072922. To figure out which accession box contains a particular drawing, LAC's internal physical management system (subcontainer notes field) must be consulted using the drawing code. Note the alpha suffix in a drawing code indicates the approximate size of the drawing, ranging from letter-size or smaller (size/suffix "A") to up to four feet wide (size/suffix "E").
