The series consists of files documenting in detail Dickson's travel arrangements and expenses during business trips abroad to shoot photographs for her art, lectures and articles. Among the files is a good deal of correspondence with contacts abroad. Among the correspondents, for instance, are Jane Urquhart (see Trip to Italy - Hotels 1985); Sir Hugh Casson (Trip to England - Personal Contacts and Pro 1988); Norman Ackroyd (U.K. Royal Academy Meetings 1990); Joe Winkleman, William Gear, John Norris Wood (England. Personal Contacts 1991); Joe Winkleman (UK 2. Pro, Contacts 1992); John Norris Wood (Spain and England. RA Miscellaneous 1994); Lord Digby (England. Accommodation: Country 1995); Brendan Neiland (England RA. Schedule 1995); Sir Hugh Casson (1996); Sir Philip Dowson (1997); and Turkish Ambassador Ömer Ersun (1998).
