Series consists of Eldorado Nuclear Limited (ENL) and Eldorado Aviation Limited (EAL) reference and briefing books. The company secretary maintained these records as a means of providing background information for administrative officers on various corporate activities.

Included are letters of patent, orders in council, corporate by-laws, briefing notes, and board minutes from Eldorado. The documents are arranged by category and in chronological order. Also included are three secretary briefing books created by RC Powell as an aid to his successor. These books also include many historic documents.
