Sub-series consists of records from the period after the official arbitrators were appointed for the combined Canada East and West in 1861. For the period after 1861, the numbering of claims began again when the official arbitrators for the Dominion were appointed. The sub-series includes claims of Canada East and Canada West and of the Dominion of Canada, unnumbered cases, awards, a register of claims, registers of correspondence received and sent, letterbooks, minute books, evidence books and case related architectural drawings.
