Griggs, John : John Griggs (fl. 1960s) was a private film collector and founder of Griggs Moviedrome, a New Jersey company that specialized in 8mm prints of silent films for collectors.

Custodial history:

These films were part of the Canadian Film Institute's (CFI) transfer to the National Archives on May 12, 1975. It appears the CFI received this material in two different accessions. Foolish wives and Salome probably came to the CFI in 1965 under the name John Griggs. Dangerous hours probably came to the CFI October 6, 1972 under the name Griggs Moviedrome.
