YTV (Television station : Toronto, Ont.) : YTV, the youth-oriented specialty channel owned by Corus Entertainment, is available to more than eight million Canadian homes via cable and satellite. It has diversified into a variety of other mass media since its launch in 1988. Its areas of diversification include a magazine, web site and merchandise store, a traveling road show and music CDs.
