Fonds consists of variety of radio series produced by CKEY, including Templeton journal, in which broadcaster Charles Templeton makes editorial comments on topical subjects; Consumers desk, with host Lynne Gordon commenting on various products and consumer problems; interviews with Pierre Trudeau; The Berton-Templeton dialogue series, in which Pierre Berton and Charles Templeton debate topical and general subjects; and the Perry scope series, a documentary series written, produced and directed by Norm Perry on a variety of topics.

CKEY (Radio station : Toronto, Ont.) : CKEY Toronto first went on the air in 1925. Between 1944 and 1980 CKEY Toronto was purchased and re-purchased by the Toronto Broadcasting Co. Ltd.; Frybook Ltd. (owned by Jack Kent Cooke); Shoreacres Bradcasting Co. Ltd.; CKEY Ltd. (MacLean-Hunter Ltd.); and Key Radio Ltd. (MacLean-Hunter Ltd.).
