Toronto Super 8 Film Festival : The Toronto Super 8 Film Festival was started in 1976 by a group of Super 8 filmmakers from the Ontario College of Art, who were frustrated by the lack of opportunites for public showings of Super 8 film. The festival grew to include showings, demonstrations and workshops for filmmakers. The Toronto Super 8 Film Festival Program, 1980.
