Program in a television series about physical fitness. Each program typically consists of an interview, letters from viewers and a fitness tip or exercise demonstration. The segments on this program are as follows:~INTERVIEW: John E. O'Brian, a professor of communication at Loyola College in Montreal, gives some words of wisdom to parents whose children are not considering going to college or university. O'Brian says that children are learning a lot outside of school. He says that Professor [Marshall] McLuhan has a new approach to education. The professor and the students learn from each other about life, art, science and the world. Loyola College is trying to let young people use their creativity in their Communication Arts program. O'Brian speaks of working for the Quebec Government's educational system, and creating the very best instruction through the use of television~BONNIE'S MAILBAG: A woman shares her feelings about the boys who worked at athletics and ended up serving in Vietnam. She finds it ironic that boys who did not keep physically fit ended up not having to serve. Her only son is serving in the jungles of Vietnam. Over half the men in his unit have been killed. Bonnie says that there is nothing one can say when one hears of all these mothers who are frightened to death for the lives of their sons. She does believe, however, "that everything happens for a reason. No matter what happens, it was so that you should learn something, for some reason. You don't know the reason and probably never will".~Bonnie's final words of advice are for the women who have boys who may get drafted in the future: "You see to it that he is training track and field. That he runs his legs off. That he builds his lungs, that he builds his heart. So that when he gets called, he has got a chance". She tells these mothers, "You are sending them out there without the right training. And do you know whose fault it is? Yours! You didn't see to it! These years, you did not see to it!"~BONNIE'S EXERCISES: Bonnie's focus today is on back aches. She goes through a set of exercises that should release strain and pain in the back.~CLOSING: Bonnie tells her viewers: "Be fit and be happy!"
