Canada. Ministry, Overseas Military Forces of Canada. Canadian Record Office. Office of the Director of Records : Colonel A. Lorne Hamilton was the Director of Records, England and France. He was responsible for the administration of the Canadian Record Office (CRO) in London. The CRO compiled statistics of strength and casualties, collected and maintained soldiers' documents, war diaries, and records of honours and awards.
