President of South Korea, Park Chunghee, arrives as Bonn Airport to begin a stase visit to West Germany, which shares the same fase as Korea, he says, as both are divided East-West and North-East respectively. The former dictator of Argentina, Juan Peron, sets up house in a Spanish resort hotel and although he makes an attempt to return to Argentina and resume his former political position, his airplane is refused permission to land.
