With Mr. Siddon on the podium are Dr. Richard Van Loon, Senior Assistant Deputy Minister and Ray Castelli, Acting Press Secretary. Following an opening statement, the Minister responds to questions from the media. A follow-up conference is held by Ethel Blondin, Liberal Member of Parliament and member of the Assembly of First Nations commending the leaders of the Dene-Métis for their decision to sign the agreement-in-principle with the Federal government.
