The old man apparently has antiquated ideas about that industry and the young man sets him straight. He cites the beer-making processes employed by the National Breweries. Film is intercut with several sequences of actuality shooting of automation in breweries, hops cultivation and harvesting in British Columbia, by-products of beer making such as yeast and animal foods, the famous Black Horse horses, etc. There are also shots of Dow, Boswell and Frontenac breweries. There is also a hint of love interest as provided by the young man and the daughter of the older man. A singer sings "Speak to me of love" as she accompanies herself on the piano. <35mn>Language:EnglishOriginal number:B663Notes:Detailed holdings information: -
