Organizing and executive committees were formed to arrange the details of Canada 92. The committees were responsible for planning and organizing the event, promotion, to search for and ensure applications, collect and return exhibits, maintain contact with exhibitors, and to ensure that all programs, palmares, medals, and souvenirs were ready and delivered.

The series consists of records created by the ogranizing and executive committees while they planned and organized Canada 92. The records include floor plans, executive committee minutes, passes, invitations, and publicity such as press releases. The series is arranged alphabetically.
