Collection consists of 1 complete trade sample sheet in green produced by the American Bank Note Company in 1868 and 4 large die proofs. The die proofs are comprised of the New Brunswick 12 1/2 cent Ship (Scott #10; 1860), New Brunswick 5 cent Queen Victoria (Scott #8; 1860), Nova Scotia 1 cent Queen Victoria (Scott #8; 1860-1863), and the Nova Scotia 10 cent Queen Victoria (Scott #12; 1860-1863).

Palmer, Earle : Earl Palmer (b.1932) is a noted Canadian philatelist. His interests include the coronation of King George VI, the Silver Jubilee, the Victoria issue of the Straits settlements, the cents issues of Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, and cross-border covers. One of his many collections was published in book form as, Upper and Lower Canada cross-border mail to 1851. 1986. He lives in Ontario.
