Lansing Connecting Railroad Company : The Lansing Connecting Railroad Company was incorporated on 24 January 1914 under the laws of the state of Michigan. Its object was to build a rail line of approximately 3/4 mile in length within the city of Lansing, Michigan, in order to connect the Grand Trunk Western with the Pere Marquette Railroad. Property was acquired and the railroad appears to have been constructed. On 15 June 1927 the property was acquired by the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company and the Lansing Connecting Railroad Company was dissolved. RG30 General Inventory
