Series consists of postal facilities files for established, heritage, renovated and new post offices and bulk plants located in various communities across Canada. Documentation contained in the files can include correspondence, evaluation studies, photocopies of building plans, space requirements, facility costs, project routing sheets, and photographs of the structural and other components of the buildings.

Series also consists of a Coat of Arms sculpture with the following inscription on the neck of the helmet: Sc. 1958.
