Sub-sub-series contains the executive and financial records of the Sherbrooke Housing Company. Executive records include minutebooks, cancelled share certificates and a stock ledger book. The minutes offer details on the construction and administration of the company housing project, and include occasional reports on the houses themselves. This type of description disappears after 1928, although the land and lease transfers in the 1940s are documented in some detail. The financial records include financial statements, journals and ledgers.

Sherbrooke Housing Co : The Sherbrooke Housing Company was established in 1919 as a subsidiary of Canadian Connecticut Cotton Mills. Based in Sherbrooke, Quebec, the company was organized to build and manage a "model city" for employees of the Canadian Connecticut Cotton Mills. Sherbrooke Housing administered the construction of over 100 homes in the community, and constantly lobbied for improved road and sewer services.

Dominion Textile acquired the Sherbrooke Housing Co. in 1928 when DomTex bought the Canadian Connecticut Cotton Mills Ltd. (subsequently renamed Sherbrooke Cotton Co.). Dominion Textile purchased the assets of Sherbrooke Housing in the 1940s and dissolved the company in 1950.
