Collection search - Corporate policy registry files [textual record]

This accession contains "D" series corporate policy registry files. These records were created as a distinct series but the files contain information which compliments similar subjects in the Administration "A" series and Indian and Inuit Affairs "E" series. The Corporate Policy Branch maintained its own file system and did not make use of the Central Registry office. Once Corporate Policy was closed in 1992 the records were turned over to the staff of the Cenral Registryoffice and the "D" designation was assigned to distinguish these files from the parallel "A" and "E" systems.

These records were shipped from Boyd's Storage where they had been placed by the department until transfer to National Archives was arranged.
