Canada. Dept. of National Defence. Personnel Members Committee : Created on April 28, 1944, the Personnel Members Committee dealt with "all matters of policy which may affect personnel, with the objective of maintaining uniform practices throughout the three Armed Services". It was composed of the heads of the personnel divisions of the Navy, Army and Air Force, with representatives from the Defence Research Board and the office of the deputy minister.
