Series consists of material relating to MacNicol's interest in Fairfield Village (Moraviantown). MacNicol headed a campaign to locate the site of Old Fairfield, destroyed by the Americans in 1813, and to have it made a National Park. Included are publications and other background material on the Moravians; reports by Wilfrid Jury, an archaeologist engaged by MacNicol, on the excavations made at Old Fairfield; correspondence, clippings and memorabilia. Additional material on Fairfield Village is found in the personal and general series and in the general correspondence.
