Footage shows Massey presenting Bronze medals to K.F. Baranski of Treston, Ontario whose son Wayne died in saving a playmate from drowning and the father of Wayne Jones, Jr. who also drowned in a rescue attempt. Wolf Cubs Timothy Atkins of Deep Cove, B.C., is given the Silver Cross for his part in the rescue of a swimmer and Massey is presented with the British Boy Scouts Silver Wolf by Canada's Deputy Chief Scout, Jackson Dodds of Montreal. Cutaways show the medals to be awarded and people applauding.
