Includes noteworthy footage showing: highlights of the first television Grey Cup game coverage at Toronto's Varsity Stadium in 1953; official opening kickoff ceremonies headed by Prime Ministers, John G. Diefenbaker, Lester B. Pearson, and Pierre E. Trudeau; a live studio variety show at halftime; CFL Commissioner, G. Sydney Halter, presenting the Grey Cup Award to the Ottawa Rough Riders; Canadian television's first superimposed graphic displays, replays, isolated camera shots, spotlight and freeze action shots; outstanding performances by players Russ Jackson, Ron Lancaster, Tony Gabriel, Bill Munsey, and head coaches Leo Cahill, Bud Grant, and George Brancato; the postponement of the 1962 Grey Cup game due to dense fog on the field; highlights of the Edmonton Eskimos' four Consecutive Grey Cup wins.
