Fonds consists of one page of general medical instructions for Sir Wilfrid Laurier and four pages of medical notes in English on Laurier during the last two days of his life, Feb. 16-17, 1919. The notes detail changes in hs medical condition and treatment given. Laurier died at home at 2:50 PM, Feb. 17, 1919.

Chevrier, Rodolphe, b. 1868 : Rodolphe Chevrier was born in Ottawa on 5 August 1868. He was educated at Collège de Rigaud, Université d'Ottawa and Université Laval in Montreal. He became a medical doctor in 1890. Chevrier was an Ottawa alderman in 1912, Chairman of the Ottawa Board of Health, Chairman of the Medical Board of the Ottawa General Hospital and superintendent of St. Vincent's Hospital, Ottawa. He wrote on surgical subject for various medical journals.
