Mills, Thomas, d. 1793 : Sir Thomas Mills (d. 28 Feb. 1793), Receiver General of Quebec, died insolvent and the Crown proceeded to recover the debt he left outstanding from the estate of William Grant (1741-1805), Deputy Receiver General of Quebec, who had given bond as surety for Mills, and died insolvent also, 5 October 1805.
