Notes and copies of documents made by James Taylor between 1889 and 1908 while pursuing research into land claims under the Manitoba Act of 1870. He copied titles of the Selkirk Settlement at Red River from "Colony Register A", now held by the Archives of Manitoba, and supplemented them with copies of similar items from other sources. He also compiled lists of settlers and extensive notes on disputed land claims. Transcripts, 159 pages.
