Johnston, Howard Earl, 1928- : Howard Johnston, teacher, born in 1928 at Enderby, B.C., received his education from the Victoria Provincial Normal school, the University of British Columbia and London University, England.

He was a Member of Parliament representing Okanagan-Revelstoke, as a Social Credit 1965-1968, and representing Okanagan-Kootenay, as a Conservative 1974-1979.
