The fonds consists of transcripts of the parish registers of St. John's Anglican Church, Cornwallis township, Kings County, Nova Scotia. The registers include baptisms, 1783-1902; marriages, 1783-1911; and burials, 1830-1920. The registers for the early years, 1783-1829, are followed by the registers for the later period, 1830-1920.
