The fonds consists of the records of Trinity Church, Middleton, Nova Scotia, for the Anglican parishes of Wilmot and Aylesford, 1789 to 1832, and the united parish of Bridgetown and Wilmot, 1832 to 1909. It includes the vestry books, 1795-1877; and parish registers of baptisms, confirmations, marriages and burials, 1789-1909. The fonds comprises both photocopies (159 pages) and transcripts (112 pages) of the registers, which have been microfilmed. (The vestry books were not microfilmed).

The layout of the registers on the microfilm is as follows:
(1) Photocopy: Register of baptisms, marriages and burials, 1789-1831. Reel images 666 to 684.
(2) Photocopy: Register of burials, 1833-1900. Reel images 685 to 706.
(3) Photocopy: Register of baptisms, marriages, and deaths, 1829-1832, and a letter from the rector responding to questions about the parish from the bishop, 7 pages, 1852. Reel images 707 to 713.
(4) Transcript: Registers of baptisms, 1789-1909. Reel images 714 to 771.
(5) Photocopy: Register of baptisms, 1832-1909. Reel images 772 to 819
(6) Photocopy: Register of burials, 1901-1909. Reel images 820 to 823.
(7) Transcript: Registers of marriages, 1790-1909. Reel images 824 to 852.
(8) Photocopy: Register of marriages, 1832-1909. Reel images 853 to 886.
(9) Transcript: Registers of burials, 1790-1909. Reel images 887 to 905.
(10) Transcript: Confirmations, 1842-1909, and list of communicants at Wilmot, 1868. Reel images 906 to 912.
