Fonds consists of two versions of a genealogical chart for the Empey family of the Mohawk Valley, 1982, 2 pages; an article of Empey land petitions extracted from the New York Genealogical and Biographical Record, 1982, 5 pages, and "Notes on the Confiscation of Loyalist Properties", 1982, 22 pages, all prepared by Dr. Fitzgerald. The copies of "Sergeant William Empey, A German Palatine Loyalist", 1984, 16 pages, and "Loyalist Stragglers in Montreal, September-October 1784", 1984, 32 pages may differ slightly from the texts as published in the journal Families.
