No. 1 This plan is made according to the Instructions sent from the Surveyor General's Office dated Sept. 10th, 1828 directing me to [ ] 21 chains 50 links to each lot in width, with an allowanc ... [View full title] e of 1 chain width to each Road. Finding number 24 being the last numbers, less then [21 chains I] received other Instructions from the Surveyor General's Office dated 12th January 1829 directing me to make all the lots equal breadth and only allow 60 links as an allowance for each [road] this latter instructions put me to much [time] and expenses for which I made no charge in my Acct. This Plan is according to Instructions from the Sureyors General's Office dated January 12th 1829 directing to give equal width to all the lots from number one to twenty four inclusively  ... [View full title] and 60 links in width as an allowance for each road. This last Survey is not charged for in my Accompts. See my plan of Survey No. 1 where I was directed on the 10th Sept. 1828 to make the width of the lots 21 chains 50 links and the allowance for Road one chain to each where by I was obliged to re chain and repost the whole of the four Concessions laid out by me on the year 1828.
