Fonds consists of a petition signed by members of the Senate and House of Commons urging the government to purchase copies of "Canada: A Memorial Volume"; a letter from S.R. Bellingham to E.B. Biggar, 1898, concerning the possible publication of a biograhical sketch of the late John Lovell, a Montreal business man; letter from Collingwood Schreiber, 1912, enclosing a copy of his "A Short Sketch on Development of Transportation Facilities in Canada"; and notes prepared for Biggar on the publishing career of G.E. Desbarats.
