Included in the fonds are agendas, minutes, reports, correspondence of various Executive members, and memoranda collected during numerous Presidents, Treasurers and Executive Directors' terms. Also included is material created by the various sections and committees of CLA, documentation collected by Elizabeth Morton on the founding and evolution of CLA, and material relating to the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) and Young Canada Book Week.
Fonds also contains microfilmed correspondence and memoranda, 1947 to 1967, of the Canadian Association of College and University Libraries Section; minute books, 1947-1966 of the Canadian Library Trustees Association Section; correspondence and records, 1946-1967; newsletter, 1954-1967 of the Young People's Section. This material is located on microfilm reels M-3261 to M-3263.
