The Canadian Radio League published a pamphlet in 1931 which contained three maps. One of the maps showed the reception contours for the eleven broadcasting stations which the Aird Commission proposed should constitute a national broadcasting network. In this pamphlet map, and in another map held by the LAC., the stations were located in the same places as on this map. However, the Grade B reception contours on this map have a maximum radius of 160 miles, whereas on the other the maximum radius if 250 miles. The Grade A contours on the other maps. It is likely that both the Grade A and Grade B contours on this map give a more accurate picture of the area that would be serviced by the system proposed in the Aird Report than do the other maps. The manuscript features, which include the above title and the contours, are drawn on an Atlas of Canada based map entitlted "Canada: Territorial Division."
